Move-In/Move-Out
- Please No Outside Food or Drink is permitted in the Exhibit Hall or Dixie Center.
- Loading Dock is for loading/unloading
- Please NO Parking on loading docks at any time
- No parking or unloading in any fire lanes at any time
Courtesy Carts (8 flatbed carts) are available on the move-in dock on a first come, first serve basis. (please return them as quickly as possible)
To avoid congestion and delays, Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own wheeled equipment to help with the freight movement.
Directions to Loading Docks
The Dixie Center has two Move-In/Move-out areas each side has three roll-up doors each.
Loading Dock- Back of the building (East Side)
midblock S. 120 East Cross sections Dixie Drive (Crosby Way) and 1670 South Street.

Loading/Unloading
Is complimentary and vehicles should be moved immediately after unloading the cart at your booth.
Must be done through the designated loading docks assigned to the show.
Dixie Center Convention Center lobbies is strictly limited to hand carried items only and must be approved in advance.
Materials that require the use of a wheeled apparatus must go through the back move-in area.
Loading docks are for loading and unloading only, No Parking.
Vehicles are prohibited to be driven into building for loading or unloading of equipment, supplies or booth material. No loading or unloading is permitted through public entrances.
Tracked vehicles may not be driven across exhibit hall floor.
All unauthorized vehicles left in the loading area will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Guest Service Staff
Guest Service Staff will be on site for the durations of exhibitor move-in and move-out to assist exhibitors and provide directions and information.
Exhibitor Move-In/Move-out Times
It is necessary to follow the approved move in and move out times defined by event.
All exhibits and exhibitor materials must be removed from premise during scheduled move out times. No exceptions.
Exhibitor Parking Availability
After unloading, please relocate your vehicle to the Dixie Center vendor parking lot (70 spaces) so others can unload as well.

Recreational Vehicle Parking
The Dixie Center does not permit overnight parking for recreational vehicles or mobile homes in the parking garage or any satellite parking lots.
Street Parking and Drop-off Pick-up Zones
There is an ample number of parking spaces within walking distance of the convention center. Short-term drop-off/pick-up zones are available adjacent to the convention center’s South Entrance.
Pallets and Crates
Forklift access/Pallet jacks are available for a fee – payable in advance or during move-in/move-out.
Storage of Pallets and Crates included in drayage fees required with shipping to Dixie Center.
The loading dock provides direct access to the Exhibit Hall.
