Drayage/Material Handling Fees:
1-49 lbs. $10 each box
50-99 lbs. $20 each box
100 lbs.- up (1st Pallet- includes use of forklift) $130 2nd Pallet and more – $100 each pallet
Payment is available online (items will be delivered to booth prior to move-in)
or vendors may pay @ the Dixie Center Service Booth
(items will be delivered after payment and there will be a “wait time”)
All incoming packages are assessed handling fees
(No taxes are assessed on handling fees; No discounts on handling fees)

Rates include all labor and equipment required to:
1-unload shipment from the carrier
2-store items on site for up to 14 days in advance of show date
3-deliver items to booth
4-handle empty container to and from storage area
5-remove items from booth for reload onto out bound carriers
It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to contact their Freight Carrier to schedule pick up.
The Dixie Center does not make these arrangements.

All freight must be boxed and taped with the appropriate return labels on each package as well as a bill of lading if necessary.
All labels and bills must show your company as the shipper along with your company’s account numbers.
Please Do not use the Dixie Center address on your labels or Bill of Lading.
All pickups should be schedule on the day of your Events move out date and times.
All freight being left for a scheduled pick up must be checked by a Dixie Center Representative
before leaving the Center.
There is a one-time handling fee for all freight that is prepaid from the On-line Decorating Company that includes in-bound/outbound handling as well.
